Petition to open criminal investigation against “nobody is above the law”, President Biden

Former Senate aide, Tara Reade, has obtained over 5000 signatures in an effort to push AG Garland to open a criminal investigation against President Biden in Washington DC. Her attorney has sent a criminal referral attaching the petition (PDF attached).

Ms Reade is pushing AG Garland to open 3rd degree sexual abuse charges against President Biden. Reade claims that an investigation into her staff files and documents is urgently required being wrongfully targeted by the DOJ and democrat media operatives when she spoke publicly about her ordeal.

“Rather than Joe Biden becoming the target of an investigation, Tara Reade became the target” explains Due Process International founder, Radha Stirling, who has been helping Ms Reade.

“The full force of Biden’s PR team and the justice department was launched at Ms Reade leading her to fear for her safety. Tara’s attorney and I have been pushing for disclosures from the FBI in an effort to expose the weaponization she suffered and now that she’s safely in the United States and Biden has dwindling power, we are calling on AG Garland to open an objective investigation into her complaint. She deserves that”.

During the primaries, Kamala Harris said she believed the women who had made complaints against Biden but when she was offered the role of VP, never mentioned it again.

President Biden has now come forth with the campaign that “Nobody is above the law” but so far, Tara Reade, has seen that he has been above the law.

“Rather than investigating Reade’s complaint, she became the target of a smear campaign and a secret grand jury indictment that she’s never been able to get to the bottom of”, says Stirling. “If Biden wants nobody to be above the law, then he should not seek to thwart an investigation into his former aide’s complaints. He should hand over the secret files believed to be held at Delaware University and cooperate with the investigation. He has done everything possible to avoid such an investigation to date”.

Ms Reade’s US attorney, Jonathan Levy, has prepared a criminal referral to accompany her petition and will push for a substantial investigation to take place. Tara has suffered a media smearing campaign for speaking about her ordeal which happened to involve the democratic presidential candidate. Her complaint must be investigated, particularly because of the weaponization she endured and the impact it had on her life. ‘It is not just about Joe Biden, but about how the justice department and media was employed by him to target his former staffer, Tara Reade”, added Stirling.
